Lifetime Fitness, home to LifeSpa, offers a great club experience in the suburbs. The staff provides excellent customer service, and the yoga classes, such as Bar Fusion, are fun and well-instructed. The gym features above-average classes, including GTX and Alpha, with plentiful options and times. The locker room has showers, sauna, and a hot tub. The recent renovation makes this place pristine and upscale. It has lots of equipment not found at other Life Times or gyms. The staff is great as well as the trainers. The folks at the Cafe are wonderful and friendly.
