The gym features above-average classes, including GTX and Alpha, with plentiful options and times. The locker room has showers, sauna, and a hot tub. The recent renovation makes this place pristine and upscale. It has lots of equipment not found at other Life Times or gyms. The staff is great as well as the trainers.
