Potbelly on Dundee and Skokie blvd has new ownership. The food has been outstanding, and the staff is very kind, friendly, and helpful. Employees are happy and greet customers nicely, a change from before. The Wreck, the seasonal cinnamon churro shake, and an oreo shake are amazing; the powerhouse salad is better than expected. They also drop off hundreds of sandwiches each day for two weeks at Ravinia, with exceptional drivers and always on-time delivery. Give them another try now.
