I was really hoping this Panera location would improve on their portion sizes because they really skimp on their sandwich from the meat and all the fixings on the sandwich. They are not putting enough on their sandwiches. This has been going on since 2022. I hope it gets better and I am happy to return.

Tonight was the second time in the past 2 months we order food from Northbrook location. Quality of food has changed drastically in a negative way. Cram of broccoli used to be so creamy and delicious now it was very soupy and casteless. Bred is no longer French nuggets but rather sandwich bread. Greek salad was so sour. Too bad not sure what is going on but hope they get their act together, we don’t want to lose another restaurant in our neighborhood

Uppity - snobbish customer service Staff behind the counter tells me after 10 min of waiting, that he is busy to make ice coffee meanwhile other staff thought that was a funny joke. No T P in one of the stalls 5:30 pm store wasn’t that busy! Y’all should do better!

One of the employees (manager) relatives sat in the parking lot blinding the dining room with their lights for almost half an hour. I was told by the younger cashier that its not their problem and they wouldnt do anything about it. There’s better places to sit for coffee or tea.

Where is my chicken salad . They literally gave me a table spoon of chicken salad on each side of my sandwich. The soup portion was a disgrace also. I wasted 20.00. Never again!
Also, stop overwhelming and overworking the employees. 1 person on the drive-through at lunch . Disgraceful!

Annoyingly inconvenient that you guys won't spread the cream cheese on the bagel if asked, it's not like your bagels and spread are that cheap. Also, the option for charging for avocado a la cart is gone? I can't understand how that added up as profitable.

This was my first time going to Panera bread in almost a decade. And wow have they shrunk the portion sizes. 10$ gets you a tiny bread roll with less than 7 spoonfuls of soup ?. Once you order, they give you an electronic number square which obnoxiously vibrates n flashes even after you've already grabbed your order. The choice of chairs on carpet wasn't great for the place either because the chairs stick to the ground when trying to slide them in & out to move from your table. I guess the best part about my experience was that I got an apple ?. But I'd rather go to the grocery store for that. There's better places to eat at that give more serving portion for how much you pay here.
