Our party of four had a lovely dinner. Our server, Tim, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and service oriented. The mushroom soup and borscht were excellent And the steaks and sides were very good. No question, we will be back to the pavilion. Also, prices were very fair.

I should have checked the reviews before ordering and I would have saved myself from also having a negative experience.
The kebob portion was very skimpy, and none of my diestary requests on the online order were followed. I specifically requested no croutons due to being gluten-free, yet the salad arrived completely covered in croutons and the salad dressing was missing, not to mention it was nothing more than chopped romaine (and croutons) and unimpressive. Other requests were also ignored. It was truly disappointing to have paid good money for such a bad experience.
I understand that mistakes happen, but what was most disappointing was the complete lack of customer care afterward. When I called, I was told someone would call me back — that never happened. When I called again, the only response I received was a simple “sorry,” with no effort to fix the issue or make things right. That lack of concern is what was truly over the top.

Overall food tastes bad and the service is super slow. We went for a dinner and after we ordered it took almost 30 minutes to get our first dish - Tuna Tarte. And this is the most salty tuna tarte i have ever had - Not recommended. and the main dish Beef stroganoff taste ok but literally just beef over egg noodles nothing extra or special. The chicken Kebab and the side rice taste very bland and small portion for the price. And there is only one waitress so nobody ever checks with you how is the food and always have to wait for a long time if you ask for something. Not a pleasant experience and will not come back in the future.

Service was only fair as the staff of 2 seemed overwhelmed by a party of 10 that had all of their attention. Our table of 4 was served one person at a time rather than the group being served simultaneously as is the norm. This left others waiting several minutes while the one who was served had food in front of them. Surprisingly, the soup followed the entree and was served lukewarm. Beef stroganoff was served without the noodles. The staff was very pleasant but not efficient and it made for a less than enjoyable, yet laughable experience. It was an "off night" for Pavilion.

The food I DID get was very good. I ordered ukha, they were out of that. I ordered borscht, they were out of that as well. I ordered herring but also out of that lol.I ended up getting verenyki & salad and they were both great but how are we out of 3 out of 5 dishes ordered?

Right from the beginning, the entrance was blocked with a trash can and a cart. We ordered the mushroom soup, veggie burger, beef stroganoff, and chicken.The burger was burnt, with one side of the bread black and the other side untoasted. We also ordered coffee and never received it.I felt bad for the waiters, because they treated us politely, but were clearly not trained well and didn't what they were doing.Overheard the manager berating someone next to us. Never coming here again.
Had birthday lunch for one of our girlfriends today, the food was delish and service was excellent!!! Highly recommended!!!
