It all began with our bartender, Bryan, he makes one heck of a Dirty Martini and a terrific Bahama Mama. His personality was pleasant and his service was outstanding! From there, we went into the dining room where Sandy was our server. She was knowledgeable, friendly, gracious, and, just like Bryan, provide provided outstanding service! We began with the Crispy Calamari which was tender and so very good.. The first of our entrées was the New York strip steak which was cooked to perfection and tender, as could be. The accompanying Brussels Sprouts and Mac & Cheese, which we substituted for the french fries, were simply delicious. Our other entrée, the Chicken Parmesan was just as delicious! We will definitely be back very soon.

Pretty cool place! I was here for my HS reunion and they did a good job of accommodating a couple hundred of us.
The place has numerous spaces and different things you can do to entertain yourself. Oddly enough, I don't believe one single person at the reunion engaged in any of the activities (Bocce or Bowling) that were included in our rental of the space.
The package that the reunion organizers selected included a vast array of their flatbreads, mini burgers and small sandwiches. I grazed just a little and everything tasted good. The only recommended improvement would be for them to have some way to keep the flatbreads warm as those things reached room temperature in a hurry.
Not the type of place I frequent but a great choice for a HS reunion or similar large group. As an added bonus, the reunion committee booked a block of rooms right across the parking lot at the adjoining hotel so there were no concerns about how much single-malt I consumed.

I'm sad to write this review as I've been going to Pinstripes for many years and was always such a fan; however, I just took my family last weekend for our winter family fun night and was so disappointed. We haven't been back in a year and we found a very short menu with only three entrees that caused stomach upset by the end of the night. After dinner we moved to bowling to find ripped shoes, dirty seating, and cracked bowling balls. What the heck happend Pinstripes? :(

The front desk staff had a poor attitude and were rude from the moment we arrived. We started with bowling, followed by bocce ball. Due to snow, we arrived about 10 minutes late for bowling, but despite paying $40 and the venue being only half full, we were not given our full allotted time, and was kicked off the lane early, they didn’t mention we would be cut off early when paying
To make matters worse, when I returned the bowling shoes, the front desk staff became snappy and rude over me placing the shoes behind the desk instead of on top of it. I thought I was doing her a favor and she insisted I move them immediately
When we moved to bocce ball, all of the courts were empty. But they decided to put us in the lane directly next to a bar mitzvah going on. Like their door was less then 4 feet from the middle of our lane. Employees AND party guests were constantly walking across our court, sometimes every 30 seconds, making it extremely frustrating to play. They would literally just stand and we would have to ask them to move. They kicked out balls multiple times ruining the game. Staff members and even the event’s security were regularly standing or walking directly on the court, and no one seemed to care or consider moving us to one of the many empty courts further away.
Throughout the entire experience, I remained polite and friendly and did not complain or ask for accommodations, even though there were clear issues, because I was on a first date and did not want to make things awkward
Overall, the experience was disappointing due to poor customer service and a lack of consideration. I would not recommend this place to anyone, no wonder this franchise went bankrupt. Everything is expensive and the employees are not happy or friendly people. I’ve had better experiences with the staff at Trader Joe’s, and that’s a grocery store not an entertainment area. What a joke

Out waiter was fabulous and was very prompt. All the food was good. Biggest issues of the night was that when we went to play Bocci Ball we were told they had a private party using 6 of the greens. Oddly enough, three of them on one side of the bar were never used and the other customers couldn’t play. That was frustrating and I think something Pinstripes should look in to to make sure all guests get access to open lanes, whether bocci ball or bowling.

Haven't been there in a long time, the food was good across the board. The issue was we had is with the server.Maybe it was his first day ever waiting tables, he wasn't attentive , it was hard to get drinks, he forgot to put my dinner order in, and when it did get served , it was wrong and everybody was done with their food. The management took care of it appropriately. It was just frustrating. Also in the reservation I put in there for my birthday , which was completely missed. I might give it another try in the future but not anytime soon.
