I tried the build-your-own bowl with double steak and wow—the quantity was beyond generous and the quality of every single ingredient blew me away. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. It’s rare to find a spot where you leave full and impressed, but Protein Bar & Kitchen nailed it. Definitely coming back!

For starters, Franco and Jonathan were warm and helpful when I entered the place for the first time. Since I had no idea about what to order from the menu, Franco took the time to explain the difference between warm and cold choices. The food was so delicious, fresh and appetizing. It was the perfect lunch.
