Everyone who works there is awesome. One of the guys there gave me some game changing recommendations/modifiers to try in the breakfast burrito! Healthy and delicious. It’s pricier than I’d like, but that’s everything these days and you can’t beat the fresh ingredients found here. They’ve hooked a repeat customer!

Visited this PBK location for the first time today. It was pristine and bright inside. All three of the staff members were equally cheery and kind. Maddie, in particular, was phenomenal!! She helped customize my order and with genuine joy, too! Will be returning for sure!!!

There were two ladies who greeted me as I walked in. So friendly!! I came in about 12:35pm this Thursday. (2/8). They gave me good recommendations on smoothies and I just really appreciated their vibes and compliments! Would for sure go again!

This Northbrook location is ran differently. It's just better. Ive never had to wait longer than expected. The order is always accurate even when I customize it. The staff is always inviting and friendly. They put me in a good mood and are the difference maker. This review was also written without being asked to and I also never write reviews. To be honest I hate their shakes--mingle does it much better or even Jamba juice if they're still open somewhere.The warm bowls are decent but sweetgreen does it much better and much larger (with rosemary bread on the side) for the same price.The egg scrambles sounded really good but they stop serving them (and the oatmeal) at 10:30AM :/

I was originally excited to try this place thinking it would be a healthier chipotle alternative. Turns out their ingredients are loaded with tons of salt which is unreasonable for a “healthy” restaurant . I ordered the salmon bbq bowl and it was $16 dollars BEFORE tax, when I opened my bowl it was extremely small and there was a tiny singular strip of salmon just plopped on top. As I continued eating I found a long black hair near the bottom of my bowl. Completely disappointed and will never return.
The food doesn’t taste like the good and quality food they say they provide. Then the portion isn’t even enough for what people are paying. Honestly horrible food. Save your money and go pay less for chipotle.

Who knew food could be healthy AND delicious AND fast? We were on our way to the Botanic Gardens for an event with our hangry kiddos and had resigned to having to feed them Mcdonald's when we spotted this place. The staff (Peter, Nicole and William) were all super friendly and the kids loved their quesadilla meal so much, they were asking for seconds!
