I ordered my food on the roti app, asked for 3 sauces on the side. When I arrived, I was checking my bag to make sure utensils and sauces were in there but the young woman working there stopped me and said “everything is in the bag”. I went home checked my bag and no sauces were in there so now I have to eat it with no sauces and the chicken is dry too ?

Food was good, but the whole place needs a crew of people in tall rubber boots to come in with some dish soap, bleach and several pressure washers. Grimy is the best way to describe it. Not sorry. Food was good, but from the bathrooms to the mats to the tables, all of it was nasty. Like it hadn’t been wiped since opening day ?

The idea of build your own rice bowls us great, however the saffron in the rice is too overwhelming. Not a fan of the mango dressing. The hummus is some of the best I've ever had & the pita was nice & soft.

Roti has gone much worse since pandemic. Portions are much smaller, toppings options are few, prices are higher, staff is lazy and not focused on work (too many people vehind the counter, they chat with each other, walk back and forth, and roll their eyes when you choose your options). A couple of energetic, work-orietend people will be enough, plus you can save on wages and STOP CHARGING PANDEMIC CONVENIENCE FEE! Rediculous!

Well I walked in wasn’t greeted but what did greet me is the smell of something spoiled. We left immediately after smelling it. I just went to the one in Schaumburg yesterday so I know the smell isn’t supposed to be present. The one in Schaumburg is the only one I want to go to now. It smelled fresh and clean.
