We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Ruth's Chris! From start to finish, the timing was impeccable—appetizers, soup, salad, entrées, and dessert all arrived seamlessly without ever feeling rushed or delayed. The steaks were delicious, perfectly seasoned, and expertly prepared—though for my husband and son they were just a tad more done than their personal preference, which didn't take away from how flavorful they were. The staff went above and beyond by providing complimentary additional sides, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly made us all feel special. Every single dish was delicious, and the attention to detail really stood out. They also did an amazing job celebrating a milestone birthday, making the evening feel extra memorable and meaningful. An outstanding dining experience all around—we will definitely be back again soon!

The waitress that we had was so amazing her name is Kim. I would recommend coming to Ruth Chris and enjoy a nice night out. I came from my birthday. She made sure that we were good. The manager came over checked on us. I can really appreciate that so Big up to Ruth Chris. I can't wait to come back. This is the place to be.❤️❤️

Our experience at Ruth's Chris steakhouse was excellent. This was our first time visiting and we truly enjoyed the meal and the service was absolutely excellent also. We look forward to our next visit!

Food and service were good. We sat in the bar to watch the football games. We have a complex issue and the manager was prompt to fix the problem and went out of his way to take care of it. It was busy and they seemed to have a few issues with people not showing on time, but he made time and effort to fix our issue.

The food and service were phenomenal! Ali is the best- attentive, kind, personable, I could go on and on.

Excellent service by Tina. The noise level was a bit annoying due to a private party. The music was good, but loud. The food was excellent and well prepared.

The room was very crowded to accommodate 11 people, including a wheelchair. The thermostat was not monitoring the heat level in the space, therefore it was quite chilly and we dined in our coats

Wonderful Christmas Eve dinner. Ms. Ricky was the BEST! Delicious steaks, sides and apps. Definitely a spot to go to if you don't want to drive downtown.

We were originally put in a back room which was empty, bright and no atmosphere. I asked to be moved into the main restaurant which was quite empty. After we moved waiter came over, friendly but service was intermittent. food and sides did not come out together. Fish ordered was first undercooked, then over cooked. steaks were good. Sides were ok. We have been here before and had much better service and food, so for the price of over $750 was disappointed on Christmas Eve

I went to celebrate my birthday. They gave exemplary service and the food stood as some of the best Ruth Chris I've had.

Went for my 30th birthday an it was amazing Nathan was my server who was every bit of pleasant i give him 10 stars

Ruth's Chris Steak House is a classic. Everyone from the host and my waitress was welcoming. The food was delicious and I look forward to my next visit.
