Worst Customer Service Ever at a Starbucks, I’ve been to many and the ATIITUDE OF THE TWO STAFF MEMBERS WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND COUNTER PRODUCTIVE TO THE COMPANY’S bottom line……Sad!!!

I recently picked up a mobile order there and the barista noticed it was made incorrectly (I had no idea). I told her that it was fine and that I’d take it anyway since I wasn’t aware of that. Thanks for being honest and letting me know, but I didn’t notice at all. I appreciate her honesty and realize that she must have so many people complain about their drinks! I loved my drink mistake or no mistake!

I placed the mobile order when I realized the Lake & Waukegan location was temporarily closed. It probably took me 4-5 minutes to get to the Willow & Waukegan location. When I got to the window, I was chastised for not placing my order well in advance. I told the girl I was driving down Waukegan from the other location as I place the order her retaught was that the sticker takes a while to process from my phone to the machine in their store so I need to give them an extra five minutes. What’s the difference between me placing on the mobile order five minutes away from the store versus placing the order while I’m in the drive-through. Help me understand. Make it make sense Starbucks. I never had a problem with any of the other five Starbucks that I go to. I’m gonna give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she was having a bad day.

I was a supervisor at Starbucks for several years, so I understand how hectic the holidays can be especially when taking into account drive through times. I happily waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes to pick up a friends mobile order on 12/10/22. When I got to the window, they told me they’d lost the drink for the order (2 items) and the girl on bar 1 came up to the window and said “since you don’t know the name you have to come inside, we have a line.” Girl, I know there’s a line I’ve been sitting in it. I did know the name on the order, and it was surely not my fault they’d misplaced the ticket. Annoying, but whatever, it happens. I came inside and they ignored me for another 10 minutes before the guy on bar 2 made me a new drink. He was very nice! I know it’s busy, but try to help a girl out instead of immediately dismissing me maybe? Seems like first world problems in retrospect, but a little kindness goes a long way.

I would give this Starbucks location a 0/5 stars if I was able to!!!!! I am just so upset. I ordered my blonde white mocha (#as always LOL) there was a mid aged woman working at the drive thru at approximately 2:00 this afternoon. I ordered and when I got to the window I received the dirtiest look I could ever imagine. To make things worse when I got my drink there was an odd brown mark on the cup. ON TOP OF THAT... when I was passed the drink I dropped it out the window. I asked the woman to make another and she gave me a look and didn't say anything. She ended up walking away and came back with my drink. I said I was sorry and drove off. The drink I received was the worst blonde white mocha I have tried. I will not be coming back again!

I go to this Starbucks all the time. Usually a good experience. Until today, September 14th 2022. I ordered my items. I had many drinks handed to me while still lat the register. Now mind you I had a child in my arms and one in the restroom I was waiting on. So when I received my drinks I had to grab one at a time and move to the next counter. Which was an unused register. My son is squirmy cause he wants to run around. So I'm trying keep him calm while we wait. The batista behind the counter asked me multiple times if I needed something. And evertime I said no thank you I'm waiting for someone in the washroom. Finally he comes over and says "you standing here makes other customers think you're in line. " so I said okay I'll move. So again one by one I grab each cup and move to the other counter where there's more space by the pick up. On the side out of everyone's way. He comes over a minute or 2 later upset and I asked him am I going to make people think im in line waiting for a drink? Now mind you the storenis not hust at all there's no line cause I was standing with no one ordering the whole time I was standing there. He got upset with what I said and started saying oh my God and turned around huffing and puffing. I told him I'm doing nothing wrong. At this point I'm fuming and asked for a full refund. Absolutely never going back to this Starbucks. If uou habe children don't go to this one. Your money isn't welcome here unless you stay out of everyone's way. Oh and I almost forgot. The owner or gm of this starbucks was having some kind of meeting with a bunch of employees in the booth infront of the register. And not one person said anything. They sat there just listening and watching as I struggled carrying my 2 year old and trying to handle multiple drinks. Never again!
