Do not bother with this location. They are always closed, at random. Google will show that they are open, by they are probably not open. Today, for example, Google shows confirmed hours of 7a-7p, but it’s 2pm and they are closed. I have given up on this location, and will not go here anymore, because it’s a total gamble whether it’s closed or not. There are so many other Starbucks in the area, just go to one of those.

To the guy in the plaid shirt who I just caught being incredibly lazy and making my $7 iced London fog latte (earl grey latte) with their premade iced black tea instead of earl grey and who then proceeded to give me attitude when I asked for it to be remade since it tasted like a $7 cup of milk… I didn’t kill your goldfish. Do your job or stay home.

The service was absolutely abysmal. They got a simple tea wrong by adding 9 pumps of sweetener instead of 3 like we asked. Then when we said it was too sweet the guy took it and poured out some of it and added water. We asked him to remake it since the drink was still extremely sweet and he gave us attitude.

This Starbucks location is typically Busy especially during the morning hours so if you plan on ordering here it is definitely best to order on the app before arriving and avoid the drive through line, besides that it's not a bad location and the employees are very nice but are real busy most of the time.

Time to make a different Starbucks my daily go to. I’ve had enough no shots of vanilla when clearly asking and there is one worker who has never taken an order correctly. My recent experience was a let down. I was asked as to what I wanted in drive through and started with one drink that did not require any special milk and was asked if there was anything else to add and I said yes and added the same drink without an extra shot and raw sugars as I do in mine and asked for Oat Milk right at the beginning. I was getting two drinks and was told ok but was not given a total. Ended up paying a higher price then I normally pay for one drink but a lower price when ordering two drinks. I was rung up for my drink but now with oat milk. I explained that this is not what I ordered, ordered two drinks, and one must be without oat milk and one with. I was then asked as to which drink I want and the manager came out to window and said they would correct and explained what I ordered and did not understand why it was so difficult and was told to calm down. Manager brought my correct drink, apologized, I think credited my card, but was still left with one drink and not two. I then explained I ordered two as I have continued to explain and then just drove off because I could not take the level of stupidity.
