I work down the street so having a Starbucks near by is so convenient! The staff here is always so friendly and they make my drinks perfect! I never have an issue here. Keep rocking it guys!
This location was disorganized, slow, understaffed. The frap s were watery. And the trash cans were overflowing. This was mid day and there was hardly anyone in there. Going into Starbucks is a treat for me now because they are so expensive. It was disappointing.
I have worked in the same parking lot as this location for over a year and love this location and staff. I am very familiar with the morning staff and the manager, Shelly and they always greet me like they know me when I come in. This staff is competent and usually fast at making orders. The two times (only twice in a yr!) I had an incorrect order they immediately fixed it and one time they did not charge me for my next order. I also bring my boss's German Shepherd here a...
