Out of all the starbucks near me, this one is my favorite. Fast, efficient and courteous service! Ik this location, the staff goes far and beyond to make you feel special with a smile included. I with all the rest Starbucks learn a few things from this great store. A+++

I ordered through the app only to show up and find out the door was closed with a sign that I have to go through the drive-through lane. Even though my drinks were ready I had to wait over 20 minutes in the long drive-through line to pick them up. Will use a different location going

The store has 4 tables against the wall, each with four chairs and each had one person owning it with their books, bags, devices all over making it awkward to sit with them just because you ordered a drink and would like to sit somewhere to drink it. ? We were forced to sit at the long table where there were only 6 chairs available, scattered all over, so we had to break up our group and sit literally shoulder to shoulder with other people who also had their devices, books, bags, etc. all over the table. We sat. They glared at us as if we intruded upon their homes. The staff is two people. They looked bullied by the customers who have parked themselves at their tables and couldn't care less if the traffic of customers have nowhere else to sit. I never once got a Oh, you can share this table with me. There's enough chairs for everyone." So if you wanna meet self centered, callous, oblivious people, hit your local Starbucks.

Stopped by for a morning coffee and danish. Aside from the outrageous prices (we all already know this) this was an un pleasant experience. The cashier made a joke about giving me a complimentary napkin. It was very of putting that I paid over $13 for a coffee and danish only to be subjected to a joke with such poor taste. The cashier made it seem as if I was supposed to thank them continuously for the napkin. To many other choices around to continue to support this location.

The African- American (black) woman at the window this morning was so rude for no reason. I did not get her name which I should have! She was upset that I went straight to the drive thru shortly after placing my mobile app order. My order was a hot drink and two breakfast items. I honestly don’t see the difference it would make if I went to the speaker and ordered the items. When I got to the window she made it very clear to not do that ever again. I asked if there was a problem and she said no and walked away. I don’t understand why she was so upset about a simple order.

I came in this morning with my family. We ordered 4 drinks, and one chocolate croissant. I had asked for an iced gingerbread oat milk chai latte with a scoop of matcha powder. I noticed it wasn’t in the cup and I told the girl and gave it back to her and she made no changes and assured me that “we put one scoop in there” I shook up the drink and there is no matcha. Disappointed.

I had a drink made at a different location that didn't make my drink right dispite the fact I told them about my almond allergy the people here were so helpful making sure I could get my drink remade so that I wouldn't have an allergic reaction. The lady even offered to wash my cup I would definitely return to this location what a great group of people and do efficient

wayyy too slow. I see five of them, and it's not busy at all. They're just not well prepped before their shift. Waited long just for venti pike roast, which usually the baristas hand it to you right after your order in most of the locations. And my barista seemed forgot my order and asked me if I am waiting coffee.

At least this one's open past 2pm (One down the road is not) The staff was super friendly, said a hello and goodbye to all patrons. My order was perfect, pink drink rock. Store was clean at 3pm as well as the restroom.

Food (breakfast sandwich) was good but service was slow (10 minutes for little slider sized thing) they were not busy as far as I could see anyway… average on cleanliness- went back the next day for a green iced tea which was great and servers were happy people. Happiness got them an extra star from me.
