I drink Starbucks A LOT! And I've never before paid for a frappe that disappointed me and made me want my money back for the entire order. This was saddening. The staff were friendly but the drinks make me wish I would've waited for the next location.
Okay so, first off I want to say the barista Alia is the most beuitfffol person and so welcoming and welcomed me with a warm welcome her service was immaculate and the drink tastes delightful. Personally she should get a raise! And be the new face of Starbucks.
I came to make an order and couldn't make it for a long time because the bartender at the checkout was talking to his friend!!!! Make sure that this does not happen again in the future because the client is always right!!!! 05.13.2026

The store also has a drive-through, which is wonderful on cold days. Customers can get an everything bagel with butter at any time of day. The store takes care of its customers, even when they accidentally drop their drinks. However, some customers have had bad experiences due to a rude employee. This employee has been reported to be unkind and not follow mobile orders correctly, such as making an iced espresso with light heavy cream. Despite this, other staff members are professional and kind, and the store apologizes and adjusts when mistakes are made. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company provides good customer service, with some exceptions. The store is a favorite among some customers, who appreciate the friendly staff and convenient services. Customers can have a fantastic experience at the drive-thru, thanks to the exceptional customer service of some staff members. The store is working to improve its service, and customers can report any issues to the management.
