They ran out of dark caramel and then tried to charge me for their caramel substitution. They apologized and adjusted right away and the fee obviously won't put me on the streets it was just odd to me that they'd charge me for it....weird

There’s an Asian lady that works here that is very rude. I do not know her name but she’s a young, dark haired lady. Twice she has made my experience so bad here that I feel like she’s doing me a favor just giving me my coffee that I am PAYING for.
