There’s an Asian lady that works here that is very rude. I do not know her name but she’s a young, dark haired lady. Twice she has made my experience so bad here that I feel like she’s doing me a favor just giving me my coffee that I am PAYING for.

I am writing this review for JOEL only , as he is the only happy funny human I encounter in the drive through . I literally have meant to post about him for the last year but kept forgetting .this is my second option Starbucks when my other one is missing my item or closed, but every single time I have come here at least 10 times in the last month, I have encountered a warm smile, and funny jokes as I pull up to the window to greet Joel! he is always happy, always has a smile...
