Ordered take out and they added an item we didn’t order. They refused to remove the item from our order and was fine with us leaving without the food.

Great atmosphere, good drink and wing specials for happy hour. The wings are meaty, well coated and fairly priced during happy hour! They have some decent craft beers on tap and a nice patio area.

I have enjoyed the food here on multiple occasions, and it never disappoints! The blackened steak wrap is one of my favorites, but the salads are delicious, too! Highly recommend!

Got Motherlode Burgers with Black Bread, French Fries and Milk Shakes.

Motherlode Burger: it was my mistake choosing Black Bread. It melt with sauce and veges. It's very good that you can add on as much as you want. I ordered with Prime beef-medium and it was well cooked.

French Fries: it was okay, nothing special.

Milk Shake: this is what I got pissed off. As Vanilla Shake lover, I was surprised that they provide pre-made shake, which was totally melt already. Even if it was lunchtime, this is one of the things that I couldn't bear!!!

Considering quality of the food, I think it's a bit overpriced.

My Wife and I were in the Northbrook area and we had not been to the new location. We noticed the Salad Bar theme was gone. We ordered a Motherload Burger ,side salad . I went to the washroom and when I cam back 3 minutes Max the food was sitting on the table. That means that the Motherload burger we ordered was all ready pre cooked and was sitting somewhere just waiting to be warmed up . My Wife and Myselfe were grossed out. Hardly a fresh premium Burger. Wish them good luck but Charlie Beinlich's down the street has the Right Burger and friendly service.
