food is fine. they don't really listen to special instructions (ie: light ice) here, often deliver the wrong donuts, but the employees are very nice and extremely fast (especially during the morning rush!!). my only real complaint has been seeing black fingernails on the drive thru worker today 🤢

The staff here are honestly miracle workers. I usually come to this location on the weekend before I go to work every time they have a crazy long line in the drive-through and have a line to the door inside. I’ve seen three workers max at this location yet they get my order out quick and it’s always correct and on top of that. They are very nice people. Meanwhile, the dunkin by my house will have eight workers and half the customers and you’ll be waiting triple the time...

Yes didn't know the name of the drink I order. But she made it wrong the first time. I told her it was made wrong. Then she remade it. I had to explain how it gets made. I look up the name when I got home.. I just wanted a coolata ???
