Spent over $40 in drive-thru for 4 WET beef sandwiches and received ZERO napkins.

$0.99 for two little pieces of green pepper - per sandwich upcharge... prices are outrageous, and no napkins with 4 wet beefs is unacceptable.

My young son and I are regulars at this Portillo's location and they are always so nice and speedy. Food is hot, fresh and delicious every tjme. Yosselin was particularly sweet to him yesterday when he ordered his food on his own!

I visit Portillo’s regularly, and this is definitely my local spot that I go to often. Every time I stop in, I’m reminded why I keep coming back — the service is consistently excellent. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, which makes a big difference, especially during busy times. Even when the line gets long, they do a great job keeping things moving while still making customers feel taken care of.
