My experience at Potbelly was wonderful, despite receiving the wrong sandwich initially. The staff promptly recognized their mistake and made sure to prepare the correct one for me. They were incredibly friendly and polite. Although it's a bit chilly inside, this place is still very enjoyable. It would be even better if they could provide heating.Vegetarian options: No conments
One of my favorite Potbelly locations.The staff is very friendly and always have my order ready for pick up! ?Food is always fresh and my sandwich perfectly made.The restaurant always looks clean and organized.

Went there about 1030 mainly to get chicken pot pie soup . Ordered 2 wreck sandwiches and 2 Bowls of soup. They fixed my sandwiches then told me the soup won't be ready for another half hr. You should of told me when I ordered . Drove 10 minutes down the street to Elmhurst to get my soup. When I could have ordered all at one location.
