Love the food and love the staff even more! I have a meat allergy and always ask them if they could wipe the counter, change their gloves and use a different knife when cutting my sandwich. I'm always so embarrassed to ask but the staff is always so kind about it. They go above and beyond to make sure my food is made correctly. Thank you!

my girlfriend convinced me to come to potbelly because she really likes it, she’s been eating from here for 2 years and not once have i tried and thank goodness i did the shakes are to die for especially the oreo one i was greeted well by the workers there marelyn,jose,fren, i would definitely come back again and spend more of my money here.
