The atmosphere is warm, but quiet. Perfect for a good family catchup. The food is comforting without being too heavy and the wine, beer and cocktail selection is the perfect pairing. We've had the pleasure of being served by Anna a few times now and she does a great job. She is attentive and watchful, without being overbearing which is a difficult skill to master for a lot of servers. Aside from that, I love that it is a safe place for folks with food allergies and I feel very well taken care of in respect to that issue. I can tell that everyone from the hosts to the servers to the bartenders to the kitchen staff are very well trained in creating a safe and welcoming experience for each guest. Glen Prairie is quickly becoming one of our go to family favorite restaurants and we will definitely be back!“

“I ran into the Giordano’s off Lake St and Michigan Ave tonight just to get quarters for parking (unfortunately we had already eaten somewhere else). I gotta say that the staff was SO NICE and so kind about it that next time I’m over that way I will be eating there just because of the interactions I had tonight with a few staff members. As a non-customer tonight they didn’t have to help me out but they did and did it happily and were all super friendly. Even the manager (who was absolutely adorable) helped out by getting out a roll of quarters so that I had enough for the parking machine/box. Thank you all for the help tonight. “Ok ordered there twice in the past week again. Tried something new this time, romaine, chicken, broccoli, eggs and cheese and just as good as the bowl i get with purple rice, chicken and broccoli.
