The girl that took my order had an attitude I walked in and I said good morning and she didn't say anything she gave me three tacos one of the burritos had torn she didn't ask me if I wanted a hard shell or soft shell
I visit this chipotle every time I’m in the oakbrook area hands the best one to me, but I think if you’re spending your money it should be worth it, but the last time I came the African American employee guy with the facial hair was very rude and didn’t want to make my bowl and I never seen him there before until that day he ask the other employee to make my bowl which was very nice so I didn’t think nothing of it, so I visited again this past weekend and he was there...
Ordered carryout on the app. Noticed they forgot my chips so had to go back in (not a huge deal but glad I checked). Was given the chips with no apology.
Burrito bowl was decent at best, the fajita veggies were uncooked and cut into massive chunks, had to pick them off.
Typical experience for me at any Chipotle, decent food but usually something is slightly wrong.
I also notice if it’s after 7pm the quality usually suffers.
