“Two GREAT employees last night! First is Claude. Made a surprise rum drink from scratch and served it himself. Could not have asked for a better cocktail. Second is Andrew. Very thoughtful and was right there for everything with suggestions and service. They made for a very GREAT time.“

“Our server was fantastic — she took our full order, timed everything perfectly, and checked in often to make sure we had a great experience. The food was also excellent. The only thing that could have been better was where we were seated. We were placed in a small side room with only four tables. After one couple finished and left, we were the only ones there for most of our meal, which felt a bit isolating. There were plenty of open tables in the main dining room, so it would've been nicer to be seated there instead.“

“As one of Drury Lane’s in-house seasonal musicians, I might be a little biased because I’ve been coming to Drury Lane/Lucille since I was 12 years old, but this place is MAGIC. Ambiance is gorgeous, staff makes you feel like family, food is delicious, and events here are carefully crafted to be oh so special. Lucille at Drury Lane is a place that everyone should experience, whether that’s after one of their amazing shows or for a standalone event (especially for Holiday Tea!)! Can’t wait to be back sometime!

“I absolutely love this place. I can never get enough of it. The owners are nice. The staff is polite & the food is amazing,I always get the Salmon when I’m there, I love it ? ? and then to top it off the live Entertainment is totally awesome. I celebrated my birthday there last year and had a ball. I didn’t want to double up and celebrate at the same place this year but it was so amazing I may go back for a repeat! Keep up the good job guys ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Mackenzie did an excellent job checking me in. She set the tone for my stay to be very pleasant. She followed a script that let me know that she knows how to make a Titanium Member happy. I called later to ask if the M-Club was open for water and drinks and I was told no by the other lady working the front desk. When I returned to the hotel, Mackenzie told me that the M-Club was open for water and drinks. She did an excellent job!“
