Went last night- the air was malfunctioning though no one would admit it. Service was terrible. I ordered wine it came out warm. Even the sushi was warm. Fix your AC problems!
Rude staff. Called in an order and it was wrong when I checked. Then the manager refused to remake the order and told me that the birthday reward couldn’t be used on the cheeseburgers . Then refused to give me my food , then decided to remake it . Said there wasn’t any other manager to talk to . We will never be coming back here again . Oakbrook , Illinois location
