Food and ambiance is good. I had a delicious salad and water for $17. Don't like that they add a 3% "service charge" - it's not a tax or tip just an arbitrary charge that customers are not informed of. Seems very shady.

My family and I love the laid back atmosphere. The servers and staff are extremely friendly/attentive. I love the fact that you can pay when placing your order - easy exit :)

I read the reviews before trying this place and was concerned. I shouldn't have been. Came here for lunch at 11:30 on a Monday. Food looked good. Restaurant was clean. Service was speedy. Definitely coming back. By the time I left at 12:15, yes it was busy, but isn't that a good sign that most people like it here?

LaBriola has been consistent over the years and is a go-to in the Oakbrook area. Staff great, food great and best iced mocha anywhere. Bakery area closing end of March and I'm guessing they will convert to more seating!! Fingers crossed!!

This is a great casual dining spot. With a diverse menu offering something for everyone, this spot is perfect for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Very quick service and the incredible value you get for your money. From hearty salads to savory sandwiches and satisfying entrees, they deliver on flavor and portion size. Great for dining solo or with a group.Nice relaxed dining experience without compromising on quality or quantity. Fast service, ample portions, and a variety of delicious options make it a solid choice for casual dining.

The tiramisu galato was absolutely wonderful! The music was a little loud but it was not too distracting.

This was my first time there and I was told by a non-foodie that the food was good here. Looking at the digital menu, the food did look good, anyway I asked the person taking my order what they are known for and she said the burgers, so I ordered a burger cooked to medium and it came out hard and dry, and it was a really small burger for the price, so I changed it for a meatball sandwich which was decent but over seasoned in my opinion, kinda small sandwich as well.It took a while to get our food which was surprising as it was before their lunch rush and there were only a few customers in the place.I think the food is average and overpriced for what you get.

Casual- order at counter great Italian and Seafood dishes. Used to have a terrific bakery too Super disappointed that they're closing March 31st.

We have been coming here for years. Portions were always appropriate for prices and everything came out fresh.Today cheesy bacon fries were returned twice and eventually refunded. They looked burned, days old and the cheese looked plastic. Barely any bacon.Minestrone soup tastes like Campbell’s when in the past it tasted fresh and flavorful.Prosciutto chicken panini on ciabatta was dry, tasteless and the “half” portion was barely the size of a 1/4 of a regular size sandwich.Wait staff is busting their butt and still friendly so management should get it together with corporate before more people stop coming resulting in more jobs lost.Sadly we won’t be returning as this is our third time at different hours of the day.

This place seems to be going down hill. One person behind the register who knows nothing and the line is to the door, place is dirty and the bathrooms were literally trashed, tea containers were empty food was decent but way too expensive for what you get and don't charge a service fee it's not the customers fault covid happened you make enough money as it is. This place was ok in the beginning but its being ran into the ground. Rich labriola needs to pay more attention to customers concerns.

Stopped in to get coffee as I wanted to support smaller businesses versus larger chains. The coffee was excellent very well balanced (Stans Donught). I also grabbed a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on brioche it was great as I wasnt expecting an actual scrambled egg on the sandwich it brought me joy. The service was fast and the gentleman was kind and professional. There were lots of quick breakfast options to go. The ambiance was nice. The decor was cute. The different stands inside gelato, food, pastries. You can sit down or get take out. I would return to try out more food. Fresh oatmeal is only certain days. I went Friday morning and it would have been an instant pack so I'm glad I opted for something better.
