Very nice place, friendly and professional, good selection of drinks and food. Parking adjacent to the building and a short walk to the restaurant. Valet available. Restrooms are sort of shared between the hotel and restaurant but clean. Live music Saturday was fun on the nice floral patio. Definitely would come back.

What a gem! Loved sitting outside on their patio for dinner. My friend and I wanted a place to sit and catch up on life with great food, great drinks and Lucca did not disappoint . Our server Luis was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to get to know us, made wonderful menu suggestions and provided expert service. Throughout the dinner, the manager John stopped by to greet us and again, took the time to chat. This is the type of service that I look for and enjoy. We didn't feel like just ordinary patrons. This level of service will bring me back again and again. The drinks were perfect. Something you would expect from a mixologist. Every sip was balanced and smooth. I enjoyed the house specialty - Luccacello martini, my friend ordered the Blueberry Lavender Refresher. They complimented the Caprese appetizer. Our entrees were the Gamberi E Polenta and the Orecchiette. They were extremely flavorful and fresh. We closed off with a round of Nitro Brewed Espresso martinis. It was a lovely evening and I'm glad we chose to spend our time at Lucca.

We made a reservation for 8 people to celebrate two birthdays at this restaurant. Five of us arrived on time, meeting the policy of seating a party when at least 5 guests are present. Three more joined later due to heavy Friday traffic.
Unfortunately, what should have been a joyful evening turned into a very upsetting experience because of the manager, Vitorio (I believe that was his name). His behavior toward us was shockingly rude, dismissive, and, most disturbingly, racist.
One of the birthday guests was left in tears after repeatedly being told to “speak English” in a loud and belittling tone — despite the fact that we all speak fluent English, having completed our education here in the U.S. His demeanor and facial expressions communicated that we were not welcome, even though the restaurant had plenty of empty tables. Watching a friend cry on her birthday because of this humiliation was heartbreaking and completely ruined the celebration.
While we were eventually seated, the damage was already done. The atmosphere of hostility and disrespect lingered throughout the evening, overshadowing the food and the occasion. Our birthday guest left early because she felt too uncomfortable to stay, and the rest of us quietly finished dinner before moving on to another venue.
This was an extremely disappointing and painful experience, particularly coming from restaurant management. We dine out frequently and expect hospitality, professionalism, and basic respect — none of which were present here.

WOW!!!! Came in tonight on 8/26 to meet a girlfriend I hadn’t seen in a while. Off the bat, I could tell the atmosphere was very vivacious — The hostess was just darling, so respectful and kind. She set us up with a wonderful table and was just a sweetheart to be around, then after being sat, the server was incredible. Always coming to our table to check on us, refill drinks, etc. I ordered the Ziti Del’Orto and it was PHENOMENAL! The service at this place is just out of this world. You can tell they are trained and very caring here, will be retuning!!! Thank you for an incredible night Lucca Osteria!

Had a funeral lunch/celebration there and it was absolutely lovely. The service, food and atmosphere was perfect. I could not recommend this place enough. It was my fist time there but will not be my last. Carolyn and Dee were the BEST and handled the room with service EVER. I could not have been more greatful. If you haven't been there you are missing out ...GO and experience this on your own.
Went to dinner last night and it was AMAZING! We had Erica as our server and she knocked it out of the park. She had an excellent knowledge of the wine list, as well as went into great detail talking about the specials. Chicken Parm was spot on and the marinara sauce was some of the best I have ever had. We finished with the lava cake and a fresh peach cobbler! We will definitely be back!

We recently had my sisters baby shower at Lucca and I cannot rave enough about our experience. Sonia was phenomenal helping us coordinate and Luis, Cara, and the rest of their group were nothing short of amazing. Beautiful space, friendly and attentive staff and delicious food! We hosted a baby shower for our daughter, Lucca Osteria did not disappoint. From the start of planning with Sonia, to day of our event, detailed, accommodating and customized to our needs. Sonia was a joy to work with!
The space is bright and airy, set up with personalized menus. (We just added flowers.) We did a bubbles bar. It was well appointed and a big hit with our guests. The food was delicious, served hot and beautifully plated. The tiramisu is a must! Can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was, they hit it out of the park!
Huge thanks to Claudia and Dario! They were very attentive, fun and made the event effortless for us and our guests. We will definitely host future events here, and we will be back dinner soon!
