The manager, Katina, was sooo kind and helpful! She went out of way to fulfill a request and was so genuine in her conversation and care about everything for our table with a birthday ❤️
Katina, you are amazing and appreciated!

Here’s a draft of a negative bowling alley customer service review you could use or adapt:
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this bowling alley was disappointing enough that I feel it’s worth sharing. The customer service was terrible from the moment we walked in. The staff seemed annoyed that we were even there, barely acknowledged us, and acted like every question was an inconvenience.
When our lane kept glitching and the scoring system froze, we waited almost 20 minutes for someone to help, only for them to show up with an attitude and tell us to “just restart it ourselves.” Drinks and food took forever, and when we politely asked about it, the response was rude and dismissive.
Bowling itself should be fun, but the lack of friendliness and basic service here made the whole night frustrating. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least a smile or some effort from the staff. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Had a gift card went for lunch on Saturday. We dint know about the buffet.
The menus had no price on them.
We did have the buffet then I finally asked how much it was. When he told me $35 I was surprised. We weren't expecting to spend that much. My gift card was for $50. Didn't go to far. The food was good didn't eat much because we thought we would be having a normal lunch not a buffet.
But I don't believe we will be back.
$75 for lunch is way out of my price range.
This place is so huge and great for office events..

Sat outside and the server was awesome!! I had changed from being inside to outside due to nice weather and the hostess made the change without any issue.
I think the food was a little over priced for sandwiches. They were good just over priced.

A friend of my invited me out to lunch at Pinstripe and it was a delicious meal and the atmosphere was fun. It has a family friendly environment but also a great bar and a great selection of drinks.
We had the beef sliders, maple salmon and baby back ribs. All was delicious 😋. Yummy Yummy all day in the tummy.
I would definitely go back. And you should go.
It can get pricey but I feel it was worth the experience.

Food was good but pricey.
Salmon sandwich was alright but the sauce was delicious.
Prime rib sandwich was juicy and again the au jus & horseradish sauce made the dish.
Bowling..... It was bowling. Also, pricey but it was an experience.
The lane shut down mid-play and the fixed it. What really made it was the company. The place had comfy couches.
It was a bit awkward when the next group/ next lane showed up. Seating wasn't planned for single couch socializing.
