Refused to make my one bowl for delivery order, after requesting delivery service, this restaurant staff is incompetent and has no common sense, delivery drivers kept your doors open during covid and this our repayment, wasted time and gas money driving to get orders they requested delivery on but haven't even started making them...do not accept orders from roti, they're not delivery driver friendly, I've also officially filed a complaint with ubereats as this is a constant scenario here at roti

I’m from Wisconsin and we have very few of these types of spots. Food is healthy, fresh and flavorful. The young lady helping me did a great job guiding me through the menu as it was my first time. They were very generous with the protein. Will be back when in town.

I ordered a bowl from here through Uber eats and it was absolutely awful. The chicken was burnt and stale, rice was burnt, stale, and hard, and it was cold and just tasted like everything had been sitting out… I also added falafel to my bowl and it was soggy and disgusting, the worst falafel I’ve ever had, do not eat at this place.

I just don’t understand how this is $16, every scoop they put in this bowl is smaller and smaller every time I eat here! How do I pay more for the meal and get less food, food is good, but to raise prices and then reduce the amount of food that goes in is crazy! Love the food, but you don’t get the bang for your buck, service was great as well, I guess Roti as a company is determined to take your money and serve less food! I’m done with this place, highway robbery!

I order here several times a week. The food is so fresh and wonderfully seasoned. I love the build your bowl and my fav is the harissa chicken. Their pita is always so warm and soft. The falafel is delish, and when they have baklava order it no matter what. I have not been disappointed.

This place is a joke. I wish I would have taken a picture of my delivery on Doordash but it went straight to the garbage. The veggie roasted salad had 1 piece of broccoli and 1 small pepper, both burned and the kale was very skimpy, salad also had no couscous. Even worse, the kids "chicken bowl" looked like a measly left over cold and old food with some grains of old stale rice and a few pieces of leftover looking chicken. Food was cold and stale. I really can't believe this place is open for business. Not even deserving of 1 star really. Shameful.
