If I could give a zero star review, I would! I ordered a egg pesto Mozzarella sandwich...but where is the mozzarella cheese & why is the dollop of pesto off to the side?? It was so sloppily presented...do you not know people eat with their eyes??
When I asked about it, your employees told me it came that way. Now I know why I dont order food at Starbucks. I had to ask for a refund of $5.64
Starbucks, you need to do better or you wont get my business! Interestingly, your own employees agreed & shared that the sandwiches have coming in "that way" & people have been complaining -- not good, Starbucks!

On October 16 we walked in and the girl is just staring at me looking at me as if I’m wasting her time. She does not welcome me and my employees , we assumed she was waiting for us to say what we wanted so we proceed to order . She then “said wait over there” then we got our drinks but not our food. We see that she realized that she did not out in our food to heat up and ask another employee to do it. The other employee was working so hard and seemed to be busy but yet she helped her do it. Today October 18 the guy who took my order was smiling and very approachable. The same girl did our drinks and she spilled one drink and did not bother to say sorry or give me a few more minutes or something. She was instead having a conversation with somebody on her phone . Very disappointing

The amount of fruit flies in this place is DISGUSTING and distracting. I saw them all over the drink counter and they were all over my table, I was trying to work and it was so annoying how many kept crawling on my stuff/me.

Lani visit this location like 820pm. Ordered Fresh blonde hot coffee and caramel ribbon crunch. Was amazed coffee temp was nice and hot temp how I liked it. Thanks So Much Luis and Angie made prepared my drinks. Lani helped advertise starbuck location at my work place Roosevelt Salt creek next door. Try visit this location sometimes.
