I visited this Starbucks on 1/14/26, at 9:30 am, at the height of a typical Chicago whiteout storm. I was greeted by Tyler, who made me feel welcome, even as I was in the store and not going thru the drive-up. Tyler was smiling, efficient and my Chai Tea Latte was perfect. Starbucks is known for its high quality and Tyler certainly is an asset. The storm was wreaking havoc and this visit made everything warm and calm. Thank you, Tyler.

I like pistachio latte in winter season. But today, it was not tasty. It's nothing special to pay too much for coffee . The taste was different
If I could give a zero star review, I would! I ordered a egg pesto Mozzarella sandwich...but where is the mozzarella cheese & why is the dollop of pesto off to the side?? It was so sloppily presented...do you not know people eat with their eyes??
When I asked about it, your employees told me it came that way. Now I know why I dont order food at Starbucks. I had to ask for a refund of $5.64
Starbucks, you need to do better or you wont get my business! Interestingly, your own employees agreed & shared that the sandwiches have coming in "that way" & people have been complaining -- not good, Starbucks!
