We are frequent diners at the Northbrook Court location. I was with a group of eight and it was quite busy. We all ordered Market bar and mine was Chicken. There was something not right about the chicken, it was the texture which seemed wrong, almost a crunchy feel. I tried several pieces thinking maybe it was just one or two. Then I picked them out and only ate the vegetables.I mentioned it to the waiter twice and he said the manager would come by. He never did and we finally left. Normally I would give this restaurant a 4 or 5, but this was not right. Now I am hesitant to go back.

This used to be a go-to place, yet no longer on the acceptable list. Long waits due to poor service. Food quality is no longer good. Take a pass. There are many more restaurants at this mall.

TAKE OUT REVIEW I always get the bangkok noodles with shrimp to go. It has never disappointed. The noodles are perfectly cooked, they're soft but not mushy. The sauce they use is spicy but full of flavor. The added basil gives it a nice fresh touch to it. They also make sure you have a good amount of sauce so all the noodles, veggies and meat is coated.

If I could give zero stars I totally would.... Stopped in for a bite to eat for a quick lunch with my mom at the Oakbrook location over the weekend. We used to frequent this location quite a bit. But obviously....it has gone down the shitter. 1. The hostess was absolutely clueless. But we were sat right away. So now we're sitting....sitting...sitting... 12 minutes later our waiter arrives with two waters. Do you think he introduced himself? Nope! Do you think he asked if we would like anything else besides water? Nope! I had to ask, AS THE CUSTOMER to my mom if she would like anything else to drink. He stood their d*** founded. I just shook my head. Ordered a lemonade and a iced tea. Oh guess what....that took another five mins. Oh and guess what! Our server only had ONE table which was the table we were sitting at. Hmmmm. He was nowhere to be found. My moms fried rice came out half hot half cold. We didn't want to say anything because it took long enough. We ask for the check abruptly and he comes back with the check. We look it over and we are waiting for him to come back to take it. We just wanted to get the hell outta there! My mom goes to use the restroom and comes back and he STILL has yet to take the check! What the hell?!!! My mom tells me he is drying the same god damn glass at the bar and watching the game! Then I come up to the hostess stand and say that this was a horrible experience and want them to swipe the card as soon as possible so we can leave. Then as we are leaving he's trying to apologize and wave at us? Um...no. Our total came to $27 bucks and some change He's lucky he got a 5 buck tip. Honestly? He didn't deserve a damn dime... Sorry. I've worked in the restaurant industry for awhile and I have never ever in my life seen such poor service. Lucky I wasn't your mystery shopper. Might as well close your location down unfortunately:( 1. THE MANAGER ON DUTY - you should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELF that you let this BS go on at your restaurant. And ashamed of yourself you don't train properly. 2. SERVER - you should be ashamed of yourself that you think you did a wonderful job.

A fun concept and the appetizers are pretty good, happy hour specials are nice. Service is very friendly but can be slow even with the restaurant pretty empty. We liked building our bowls and the ingredients were fresh. Prices are pretty high though, we only went to use a valpak coupon. It is good for larger parties when you have all types of eaters to satisfy but there are plenty more options.

My fiancé and I were in the neighborhood and wanted a quick and simple bite to eat. From the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant we weren't given any attention. The host was busy talking to her coworker. The waitress never actually served us any water or offered us anything to drink until 18 minutes later. I have been in the service industry for 15 years and have NEVER experienced such poor service. The entire restaurant had a total of 6 covers, 1 host, 2 waitresses and a cook that was never really in the cooking/frying area. If I can rate this place a 0 star I would. But unfortunately Yelp does not work this way, therefore, my one star goes for available parking.

Very good place, i went here multiple times and the staff was very helpful and friendly, the food test great, so far i tried many things and I love there Mongolian beef . I strongly recommend this place to try Chinese food test.

The pho is basically a noodle soup. The lettuce wraps are bland. The fried rice is awful and the kung pao chicken had three pieces of chicken in it for $15. Absolutely not worth it, there are much better options. Photo evidence attached.

Great place to grab food! I've been here multiple times and I gotta day, it never disappoints! I love the option of creating your own bowl with whatever types of noodles, proteins, and veggies you want! They have a good amount of sauce selection as well for your stir fry! The waitress was very polite and helpful as well! Overall, a great place to get food!
