The food is very good with an emphasis on organic top quality ingredients. There are lots of gluten free, vegan, vegetarian options. The Seasonal Market Salad which combines roasted vegetables with dates, pistachios, tahini and mixed greens was delicious. It provides unusual flavor pairings which are above and beyond the typical salad offering. It's a must try!

On one of the coldest days of the year, their heating was out. They warned us ahead of time, but it didn't feel too cold so we decided to stay. The wait staff, however, seemed like they were ready for the day to be over. The waitress got my order wrong, and I corrected her. She immediately took the food away to get me the right food, but she wasn't really apologetic. My wife and daughter loved the burger, but my younger daughter did not like her bowl. This wasn't really kid food, so it was our fault. I got the kale salad with crispy chicken, which was simple but nice. Overall I would not recommend it for kids, unless they want an expensive burger. Also they don't have soft drinks, except for expensive refreshers. It overall felt a little too expensive for what you get. Overall the food is good, but given the heating situation, the restaurant wasn't on their A-game and you could feel it. We may try next time we are at Oakbrook without the kids.

Service was very good. The jambalaya was delicious. The turkey burger was okay. It seemed to be a frozen turkey burger & not very tender. Could have used additional seasoning. Otherwise very good.

Food is always delicious! The butternut squash pizza on GF crust dough is my favorite! I also love the butternut squash pie. My husband and our friend got a burger and our other friend got a lasagna which they each enjoyed. I rated 3 for service as it was quite slow and our waitress was not very attentive. I enjoyed being away from the door this time but our waitress could have been better. This was the least attentive waitress I've ever had there in all my visits. Outside of her, everything else was fine.

Fantastic family dinner night. Our server, Mia, offered great suggestions. The manager, Isabella, checked on us numerous times to make sure everything was perfect. Service, taste, food, desserts, everything was great and we will be back! Veggie Burger and grass fed beef burgers are amazing, pizza is good and the chopped salad is wonderful - but be sure to save room for the flourless chocolate cake!

Ok place for lunch...the burger was a little small and a bit dry. Mashed potatoes were cold. For the price would have expected a little better. Service was friendly...convenient if in Oakbrook mall - but there are better restaurants in area.

Ordered the Lasagne Al Pesto, honey roasted carrots, & lasagne al pesto. I didn’t really like the burger…it was cooked just fine so I’m thinking my palate just didn’t agree with the meat type. The carrots were good but the lasagna was phenomenal.
Has a vegetarian. I'm always looking for. Great options. This is a great place to find a good variety of food. Whether you eat meat or like me or a vegetarian. My friend and I like to go there for our Drury Lane to have dinner. They have happy hour on the weekends so that's a nice bonus. It is a little pricey but the food is delicious and it's a really contemporary place.

We had lunch at True Food Kitchen on a Saturday afternoon. The food was good, and the grass fed beef burger was probably one of the best burgers we had. Packed with 50 grams of protein, it was fresh, the patty was juicy and delicious. The fries were soggy which is why I removed one star. We also had wild caught tuna bowl and it was filling and tasty. They have lots of fresh juices and smoothies too. The service was great, our waiter was very friendly and attentive without overdoing it. High quality food at reasonable prices in a clean & open space. Highly recommend.
