Good customer service. The cashier was polite and patient. I had an original pretzel. It's a bit pricey to not come with sauce included. The pretzel was ok, it was a bit dry and hard but still kind of buttery. I don't think I would purchase that again. I might try another item in the future.

The pretzels are amazing. I wanted something that wasn't on the menu and Daintry was amazing and told me she could make it if I waited 10 minutes. Hands down the best warm pretzels I have had.

Whoa. Never heard of this place before now but let me tell you .. 1) They have Boba 2) Their lemonade can rival CFA but without the whole extra baggage 3) The pretzels now include funnel cake style and some dessert styles with strawberry syrup 4) The owner actually works the stand. They are in the basement/lower level next to Starbucks across from the candy bar. They take all forms of payment via Toast (their system emails or print and text receipts).
Frozen lemonade has Blue Raspberry and Strawberry available. Think auntie Anne's but softer.

We stopped by for a refreshment while browsing furniture at Macy’s, and I’m glad we did. The pretzel and cinnamon bites are amazing! Most importantly, excellent service with a smile, a great addition to Macy’s & Oak Brook Center. Make sure to stop by and support Wetzel’s, we’ll be back!
