They don’t pay attention on weekends. Two weekends in a row my coffee was burnt and tasted terrible. I won’t spend my money here again I’ll go to a better location with much better tasting coffee.

This app made me give them a star I just want to share how they just treated me I was working security across the street and stopped there in the drive thru to purchase a large coffee sugar and cream and a shot of espresso add caramel and to orders of potatoes. I was running late and accidentally pulled off with out getting my change I couldn’t go back until my lunch break to go back so I went back to get my change and the manager told me nothing he could do come back in the morning I explained to him that I was just here temporarily and I live way in the city he couldn’t care less come back and see the morning manager I guess they just going to take my change and keep it I asked him to run the camera back he basically was laughing at me. I hardly (if ever) leave a negative review. At 4:15 am 11/3/23 I was on the phone with my girlfriend when I heard a female employee yell at my girlfriend "WE ARE NOT OPEN." I checked the Dunkin app and google to which that location was open. Additionally, more cars came through the line. The female employee lied and talked to my girlfriend rudely.If I could give her zero stars I would.

I get an iced carmel craze latte every morning from a different location. This location never makes it right. They just give you a regular iced coffee instead. Will not return anymore.

I have noticed service at DD has declined significantly. I like their beverages but will have to start going somewhere else. The customer service is terrible and the employees are rude. I came in to place my order only to be ignored while both employees proceeded to take care of drive thru. I leaned over and said hello then ask if anyone was taking orders. They both turned to look at me but continued doing what they were doing. The young lady walked over and took my order, while the guy kept taking orders while singing and listening to music in his earbuds. I will never visit this location again.

A couple of days ago me and my fiance went Do the drive through just for a Simple cold brew coffee and a latte They gave me a spoiled milk am I drink And yes they were nice enough to make me another one but by that time The damage was done. We have had and I do not stress this enough EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA for the last 4 days now. I haven't been able to eat even gelatin please do not go to this establishment ever Unless you want to end up in pain with stomach viruses and flu.

I have been standing here for 15 minutes, no one acknowledge us at all. They are literally just walking back and forth like we aren’t here. The female worker asked the male worker was he coming to serve us and he said she can do it and walked off. Gladly taking my money else where. I won’t be back !

Another place that closes before 9:30 when it states very clearly that it is open until 10:00 pm. Ethical employees and better supervisor needed so kids won’t run the place.
