This is my 2nd favorite dunkin. I hit them up daily on the way to work and even tho the line is always ridiculously long the service is still fast and accurate! I have to leave home an extra 10 min early or in guaranteed to be late(even tho I work across the street) but it's worth it.
Absolutely terrible! I was standing at the counter with another patron for almost 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I we were their. Then a young girl comes in who is starting her shift. She put her hair in a ponytail up front where the ice cream toppings were, left her personal belongings on the counter, had to look up her number to sign into the register, one patrol was so upset she just left. They don’t pay attention on weekends. Two weekends in a row my coffee was burnt and tasted terrible. I won’t spend my money here again I’ll go to a better location with much better tasting coffee.
