“I am eating a strawberry donut I bought ten minutes ago as I write this! I've been dying to stop at D&D's forever, so I brought my son today to get some donuts. The donuts are all HUGE and beautiful. She gave us free samples of the donut holes to try which my son loved. She explained every flavor and how long they keep and that we can freeze them.

These are the best donuts I've ever had!!! And I've had donuts all over Chicago. They're unbelievably soft and delicate. There is real fruit in the icing. This strawberry donut tastes like a fresh strawberry. My son had a great time and she was so kind to him. We will be back!! I want to try the massive apple fritter. 😭❤️“

“It’s a very good place. The donuts are very good 😊 and tasty 😋. I tried there boba and it was wonderful. The workers where nice and the store is nicely built. I hope this place will not go out of business. I also tried two of the corn dogs. I don’t remember one of them, but I remember the hot 🥵 Cheeto one and it was very good and had some spiciness to it and not to much but good enough. I give the whole place a 10/10“

“Tried this place thanks to Google maps reviews, no regrets! Beautiful cafe built in a historic train station. Bonus: the train still passes through here! Delicious drinks. Friendly staff. Clean tables and ample seating. Free parking lot with plenty of space.

Only area for improvement was that there was a door jammed open and letting in lots of cold air, I hope it was a temporary issue that has since been resolved.

“Great family owned and operated bakery. Their pastries are right out of the oven fresh and are fantastic. Their cakes are great especially their Blue Berry Cheese Cake. OMG FANTASTIC !!! On Sundays they have the best Tamales I have ever had. Its a clean friendly place. I highly recommend this bakery.“

They even know my order by voice, im a regular. The management is a very nice and kind gentleman, as well as the staff, they're so polite and sweet. “This DD was closed for 10 long days for a remodel and I tried other locations and no one does it better than this one, in fact I stop trying other locations during the 10 days.I had found it a couple years ago and get my coffee almost everyday from here. The products, especially the coffee is always consistent. The staff is the best I have experienced like no other. Only smiles and eager to serve!“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

“I stopped by the Dunkin' location on East 87th Street in Chicago recently, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience from start to finish.

I ordered a caramel iced latte, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and a smooth coffee flavor. What really made my visit special was getting a chocolate donut that was still warm! You can't beat that fresh-from-the-oven quality, and it made for a perfect pairing with my latte.

The service here was great—the staff was friendly and efficient. I appreciated how quick the whole experience was. I was in and out of the store in no time, which is exactly what you want when you're grabbing coffee and a treat on the go.
