I wanted to take a moment to recognize Christian at the Wendy’s on 167th in Oak Forest.
I went through the drive-through, and my experience was truly exceptional. Not only was the food fresh and great, but the customer service went far beyond my expectations. Christian was incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming right from the speaker to the window. He even made a lighthearted joke that genuinely made me smile and turned my whole day around.
