Like other posts mention, it’s so weird they don’t include lime and salsa with your tacos and they charge extra for them. So at the end your tacos end up being more than $7 each.

The service is this place is HORRIBLE I was waiting for someone to take my order for over 30 minutes. Then they tell me they close the kitchen at 9pm. What kind of restaurant does that? But the food is ok

Some arrogant guy named Jerrell Hicks was causing a scene and crying like a child because he didn't like his fajitas. I'm not sure who raised him, but I have a wonderful time and enjoy the food everytime I come.❤️

Went there they burnt my food …. Mind u we bought drinks appetizers and 2 meals but I complained about 1 meal being burnt and they told me I was lying and I was wrong horrible service paid for food and left do not recommend

Amazing place!!! We’ve lived in the area for 2 years and I’m sad we’ve only now discovered Maíz and Barro! Marco was absolutely incredible, such friendly service, great tasting food and well made cocktails. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Probably the best Mexican food in the south suburbs. Up there with Fat Rosie's in Frankfort. Foods great, drinks great, desserts out of this world. Service couldn't be better. Absolutely love this place. 9.3/10.

This is an amazing place! We definetly will.come back again! The staff is super friendly! They speak English and Spanish and the food is delicious!

Outstanding and very friendly customer service, the food was authentic and the ingredients were the best quality I ever had.
Prices are a bit higher than normal but, you get what you are paying for and you won’t be disappointed.
I totally recommend those place and looking forward to visiting and enjoying their amazing dishes again very soon!

I really do love this place and I keep on going back I love the little jarritos that come with our drinks this place is aesthetic too I would host my birthday party here as well:) I love our server Leo too he’s the best I always get him when I’m here all the time.
