“In 2017, I picked up my older brother at Midway to come home to the funeral of our youngest brother that committed suicide at 23 yers old. We swung over to Vito and Nick's to get a pizza and talk. It was our first time there. We ended up telling the waitress the situation because we had both been crying. Next thing we know, the kitchen had par-baked like 8 large pizzas of all types, and gave us a hand-written note giving us condolences and instructions on how to finish baking the pizzas. It's still an amazing pizza and the (owner?) who I've interacted with a couple times recently has been incredibly inviting when you enter his business, super friendly. That's great but like I said, the pizza is outstanding! I love supporting the small guy. If you haven't given them a try, do it. You won't be disappointed! If I still lived in Orland Park this would be my go to every time! Plus I got to catch the Bears interception play on their TV today when I was grabbing my pizza. 🐻 ⬇️“

“1st time being here and everything was A+! We came in and sat at the bar while our food was being freshly made. Awesome and Friendly staff! Enjoyed a little bit of the game on tv and had some cheese fries while we waited with our drinks. I definitely want to go back and try more on the menu! “The shaved ice is amazing. They have several flavors to choose from. That was my favorite part actually.

The pizza was okay. It needs seasoning in the sauce. I had pepperoni and my husband had pepperoni and sausage. He said the sausage tasted like Casey's sausage. Do with that what you will.

Other than the lack of seasoning, the crust was great. If you LOVE cheese, you will like how much cheese they use. The pepperonis would taste better if they were above the cheese, but that is of course preference. Overall nice place. 1 slice is all you really need do to the size of each slice.“

We also tired their appetizer sampler, which in my opinion the space balls were the star. The service was fantastic and very friendly. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. “I don't know where to start, but I had a great time, and dinner was delightful. Most of all, my server was amazing. She did a great job with dinner recommendations, and her personality/vibe was spot on. She helped explain the different entrées and took the time for me to look over

“Growing up in the Chicago area, especially on the south side, you EXPECT local pizza joints to be good. Lots of places that don't primarily sell pizza still have better pizza that you get in other parts of the country.

Though it's been around for a long time, as have I, I'd never tried Rosangela's prior to this time, and I'm here to say that I am a believer.

I tried introducing a colleague of mine to chicago pizza at a couple other places, and they did not impress him... Rosangela's did.

Just a medium special and a drink, but I will tell you that it's some of the best tavern style things crust pizza you'll ever have.

It's as good as your favorite place, and likely better.

“Honestly if I just got pizza this would be a 5 star review however, I ordered waffle fries that tasted extremely dry like they were old and wings that were just alright. I assumed the wings would be fried but they were baked not a big fan of baked wings. The pizza was excellent and I would definitely come back for that alone. I’m not a big fan of deep dish but based off the taste of the thin crust pizza I’m definitely going to have to try that next time.“

“I love both places. The chicken sausage is the best and all that cheese. I love the Markham spot, but once I invited a friend and her two young daughters to join me. We sat at one of the two tables to have drinks while we waited. Before we knew it, we ended up eating dinner there!! It is great but a bit small to bring kids for dinner. Now, Mickey, the owner, who is wonderful, has a second Dream’s in Calumet Park! It’s a comfortable restaurant and the same great pizza! Yay!“

“This is my favorite pizza place in the Orlando park area, it serves the most delicious Detroit style pizza and has great wings. The place is small but when it comes to their food it is top notch. “So this place has two types of gluten free pizza, I'll admit I only had one. It is delicious!!! The gluten free pizza is an individual one, it looks small, but even when I am starving I have a hard time finishing it. Every time I call for pick up, it's ready when they say. Everyone is always super nice. The atmosphere is clean and bright, but it is literally just for picking up, no dining in. Again since I can't have gluten this is my go to place now.

“This place was amazing. I was in the area to roller skate, and I asked Google where I could go get a reasonably priced meal. And it recommended this restaurant. So I went because they have pizza and having a pizza in a while. The bartender recommended thin crust because she said that's what they're going for. The pizza was amazing the margarita was okay not bad but not spectacular either. My only negative but for this place was it was pretty expensive. I've had the same meal at other places for about $10 less.“
