Today was a very unpleasant experience I walked to the location at 5:00 i stood in line at drive thru and was treated so rude by the Arab manager who was working the window today i was told to step aside an allow cars to complete there orders an he waved me off as if they were more important because i was walking i could stand to the side i was so embarrassed & disrespected for the neglect to take my order because i was walking …i will never spend another dime at this location

The girl staff was rude as hell, they didn't say anything to me when i walked in and i stood there for a few minutes until i said something to them and that's when they said something to me about being with me in a few and my coffee ☕ was HORRIBLE.

Teens come to lounge and play around with the employees smh not letting customers in I arrived at 8:30 and one of those teens locked the door not even an employee but the employees were allowing it and laughing. There was a bunch of customers confused because they where not let in. Management should check cameras. Proel wonder why places go out business.

I’ve been to this Baskin Robbins 5-6 times in the last 6 months. I kid you not twice they had no ice cream…What?! Once they had no chocolate sauce and today no hot fudge. This place is the worst. I’ll go a few extra miles to the next closest location.

I've had really bad experiences here. Multiple times they have been out of sundae fixings. This has happened on at least 4 occasions. Once they had no ice cream at all. I pick my grandmother up a sundae every once and a while, and it's to the point where I will go to the location 2 miles away when I live literally 3 blocks from here. This week they had no hot fudge, whipped cream, nuts, or cherries. Seriously? The staff are poorly trained and customer service is lacking to say the least. Save your time and frustration and go elsewhere.

I'd give it negative 5 stars if I could. Asked for 3 scoops of ice cream in a cup. Received a scoop and a half at best. Go down the road to Alsip at about 12150 S. Cicero for accurate portions. Maybe these teens are stock holders at Oak Lawn store.

So when saturday comes I called the store around 1pm to make sure my cake was ready before I left the house . They answer I told them my name for my order they put me on hold 4 times because they couldn’t find the order. Than finally the girl tells me that the person that makes the cake was sick , how is that my problem . They never gave me a call on Friday to let me know that they couldn’t make the cake and they also told me I had to go to the store to get my refund. That day was my daughters birthday that’s the whole reason I wanted that cake and not only did I have to drive over there for nothing I also had to look for another cake last minute for her birthday party . When I got to the store to get my refund , the manager didn’t even come out to say sorry and explain the situation once again instead he send one of his employees to give me the refund and when she handed me the refund she was only given me back $51.00 when my order was more than that so I told her where’s the rest that’s when she went to go get a $5 dollar bill and gave me $56 as my refund . So unprofessional and rude .

After a disappointing first time we decided to give this place another try. Ordered Sundaes and after receiving them was told they were out of whipped cream and fudge so they gave us just ice cream.
