Quality breakfast diner in Oak Lawn that's been around since I was a kid. I've gone here several times with my grandparents, and now just grandma since it became juts her. They have all the usual breakfast and lunch staples, but at a reasonable house, and you get nice portions. Last time I went I got the special skillet, with a sign of french toast. Had breakfast with the family at skillet house one Saturday morning and it was delicious. Corned beef was crispy and the eggs were cooked just the way I liked it. My boyfriend had the Mexican skillet and it was so flavorful with the chorizo! Their complimentary coffee was very good too, service was great. Would love to come back!

Incredibly vast menu, excellent food and extraordinarily friendly staff. First came here in 2017 and I remember enjoying the food/service and it seems it's stayed the same since. Definitely recommend trying this place for breakfast or lunch!
