I was in town visiting for a wedding and stopped there for a burrito bowl. They had no beans, the meat was horrible, he didn't put a full scoop of anything in there, I had to ask him to add more. He didn't offer a substitute or even offer to take off some money for the inconvenience for not having beans. The person who took my order was very rude, that was the saddest looking burrito bowl I've ever had from chipotle. I tried calling to speak to a manager but no one answered....read full review
Saucy boy making the food needs a better attitude. Looks like he doesn’t want to be there. If that’s the case, he should find a different job. Not friendly at all. We were there at 9pm, staff is not polite. Very dirty. He needs a change of attitude. He was like that to EVERY customer. I’ve worked in places like these and never treated customers that way. I always enjoyed serving customers. Pls get rid of him.
