Entire store needs to be fired. 30 min wait for a pre ordered doordash pick up, blasting music from the kitchen where you can hear it from lobby, and leaving customers standing at a register for 5 minutes until they have to ask if someone can take their order. I've never seen such an unprofessional poorly run store. No chilli, no potatoes, nothing prepped and he's telling me it like its my problem.

Soo...the directions weren't clear and one of the team members called us dumb for not following them. Yikes. If you're reading this, management needs to do something about the poor customer service of its staff.
Went there multiple times around 6pm, doors were locked, went through the drive thru only to.be told they were closed at the moment!

The staff member Ivy is praised for her kindness and for providing fresh fries every time. However, there have been reports of a new manager behaving unprofessionally towards Ivy. Nonetheless, the restaurant is known for handling incorrect orders well, with the staff being professional, accommodating, and even humorous.
Customers have also discovered the delight of Wendy's breakfast menu, particularly the biscuit sandwich, which features a rich, buttery biscuit, perfectly cooked egg, and melted cheese. For those seeking a great, quick breakfast, Wendy's is a recommended option.
