Very bad experience. The wait was too long and the food tasted bitter. Wendy's was my fav but this place just destroyed it for me. After the long wait in drive through even the food was trash. So many cars waiting behind us had left we should have done that too .Waste of money. Quality is definitely not their recipe in 110th cicero. Very disappointed. Never getting Wendy's again for they don't keep up to what they claim.

The truth is, the manager is such a rude person, he is a short Hispanic, tight and paunchy, he doesn't forget how he started working from the bottom and he likes to humiliate people. I wish they would change that person with a different attitude, a manager is better so that He takes care of the staff and other people, not so that he feels that he is the owner of the restaurant and that he has the right to make fun of people and feel that he is stepping on them and the person on top has a bad-tempered face. I don't know what they saw. to leave him in charge when he does not have enough experience and the ability to take time for other people who hurt

RUN, don’t walk. Do not eat here. The most unprofessional and ignorant staff I’ve ever encountered. The worst Wendy’s possibly in Illinois. They serve cold food, and the workers talk and play more than serve customers. The manager on duty started arguing with me, because they told me they weren’t taking orders at this time.

I pulled into the drive thru around 10:58pm It’s 11:13pm and I understand that it’s late and you all maybe short staffed but it takes 5 minutes for someone to take my order and then not even listen to me correctly. When I pull up to the window I am not greeted and my card is snatched. Worst service ever. Do better please. Got my food by 11:21pm. Still no cheese my spicy chicken sandwich. Will not be returning.

The worst place to order fast food, made me wait 20-25 minutes for a single crispy chicken sandwhich (that little tiny sandwhich that’s like $2). I was the only customer there when I placed my order and they basically just forgot about my order and when I asked them where it was they just kept saying "it’ll be ready it'll be ready" then they handed me someone else's order… waste of time and money. Wendy's do better this location sucks!

Disgusting service... Ran by kids I guess. I'm sure one of the ignorant ones there today was "management" poor service. I cancelled my order. While waiting in line all you heard was unprofessional workers actin as though they are at home. RIDICULOUS all while waiting in a small line and the cashier acting as though she didn't want to work! Won't get my hard earned funds!

This is the worst Wendy’s location I’ve ever been to. I have been here a few times and they always miss something in my order. When I went today, there was no one in the drive thru line except myself and they told me to pull to a parking spot to wait for my food. I waited 15 minutes and saw 2 other cars drive thru and get their food and leave. When I finally got sick of waiting I went to walk inside and all the doors were locked until an employee saw me and let me in. I had to give my order again to them at the counter twice and then after another 5 minutes of waiting they finally started to walk my food out to my car. After all of that, they didn’t seem sincere about me waiting all that time and then my order was missing the fries. When I finally ate the food it was tasteless. The nuggets were nowhere near fresh and the coke tasted very flat. I have no idea how this location stays open. Absolutely ridiculous

The place is small, used to go here every once in a while. Great deals and meals. Hard to apply and get a job here though. That said lots of work on the lot need be done. As for the drive through, it's been the usual. That said with new buildings around it, some miss the entrance, before it was clear as can be to see.

My favorite Wendy's is in dolton on Sibley and Woodlawn but the Wendy's at 71st and Western is also good it's just so many homeless people asking for help with food or money in that area I rarely go there or that

Rude and nasty is all I can say. The lady in the drive through changed the total twice and refused to give a receipt because she “did not have any receipt paper” but the front of the restaurant did so I would assume you would go get some but NO! She was rude and nasty and worst off THE MANAGER. Extremely disappointed in the service and then for me to go inside to ask about the possibility to get it printed was understandably told I could not due to using the drive through and also requested the corporate number due to her nasty behavior she approached the front counter to roll her eyes and say it’s a franchise and walk away is ridiculous. On top of the lady behind the counter in her coat and the girl making fries taking the extra out with her BARE fingers and steady wiping her hands on her jeans after making fries is deplorable. Unsanitary and unprofessional at its finest. And to top it off I didn’t get half of my drinks.

The worst location by far, they take 30-45 mins for small orders even when it’s not busy daytime or night because they are in there playing talking and taking pictures and the night manager with the big gap has the worst attitude get new managment or just shut this place
