Asked for a simple medium shake made a bit thicker consistency, when I looked at the receipt they charged for additional scoops of ice cream, they stated they don’t add ice to the shake so they have to charge for a scoop. When I got the shake it was the consistency of milk when I showed the girl she remade it by dumping a scoop of ice into the cup and reserving it. Beware you’ll be scammed out of $12 and disappointed just move on to a actual ice cream shop

Loved the Baskin Robbins here inside the Dunkin’ location. Brand new next generation looking store. I tried the new flavor of the month and picked up a birthday ice cream cake. So easy to order with either the drive thru or with the Dunkin’ app. Great crew who are friendly and take the time to make sure I had what I needed. Love this location, it’s a huge store with a big dining room and right next to the Metra stop. Enjoy!
