I went with a friend to grab a quick bite, had a little trouble deciding what I wanted, but the cashier was patient. I ordered a Chicago style hotdog w/ fries and a drink, which was tasty. The chocolate shake is delicious! My food was fresh and atmosphere comfortable. Will come back to to grab more bites.
Ordered my food to be ready for pickup at 1 pm. I walked in the restaurant at 12:55, sat and watched. Julianne was packing it up. She checked now and then to make sure the order was correct as it was complex. My food was on the pickup rack at 12:59. When I got home everything was there and hot and tasty.
Placed an order online, 10 minutes later it was awaiting my arrival. The staff is courteous the place is clean and the food is good - consistently. IMO, for those reasons they’re better than the Portillos in town.
