Tonight i ordered on DoorDash and i called the store and asked them to lightly mix in my toppings because it wasn’t an option on DoorDash but they were more than willing to do that for me! It was perfectly mixed in and it was just the right amount of toppings.

The side conversations, the shift lead not being attentive, the “who’s gonna do this side work” blah blah blah. Please learn some professionalism at work. I was the last of a rush they had and when I say they acted like they didn’t even wanna serve me, terrible. Then had the nerve to have a stank attitude because I didn’t tip. The new generation of workers are so entitled and do nothing to deserve it. I’ll never go to this location again.

I recently visited the Cold Stone Creamery in Oaklawn with my son, and unfortunately, we won’t be returning. From the moment we walked in, we weren’t greeted at all. Instead, the employees were chatting amongst themselves and seemed to look at us oddly. I had to ask if we could place our orders, and the response I received was a bit annoyed.
When we finally placed our order and approached the counter, the treatment continued to feel dismissive, as if we were a nuisance. It’s disappointing because I can’t see this location thriving with this level of customer service. We’ll be heading to the La Grange location from now on.
