Great ice cream, horrible service I really enjoy Cold Stone’s ice cream, but the service at this location is consistently disappointing.
On Friday (10/24), I ordered a Mud Pie Mojo with specific mix-ins that I paid for but didn’t receive. By the time I got home, it was too late to go back. Then today (10/26), my husband placed another online order for the same flavor — and they made it with chocolate ice cream instead of coffee, again ignoring the mix-ins and substitutions. Both orders were online, so it’s not like there was confusion at the counter.
We started ordering online because the in-person experience has been even worse. The employees are often distracted, playing loud music, and more focused on their conversations than the customers. It feels like they just don’t care about their work or the quality of service.
It’s unfortunate because the product itself is great — but between the mistakes, lack of professionalism, and poor in-person experience, we’ll be staying away from this location going forward.

I want to give a big thank you to Kadince at Cold Stone Creamery. My apologies if I spelled her name wrong or got it wrong. I ordered a cake for early morning pickup on Saturday, but I thought I scheduled it for Friday (today) and drove to the store by mistake. Kadince was so kind and helpful, she went above and beyond to make it happen and let me take the birthday cake home today. She was pleasant, patient, and had such a great attitude. Excellent customer service thank you, Kadince!

This is my go to for non dairy choices. I am allergic to dairy extreme itching hives all that. So Cold Stone Creamery has Silk Almond milk chocolate dessert ..it's like ice cream. I love the mixing of the added ingredients on the stone. It's very pricey I'm guessing we're part paying for the show🤣 I don't care I will pay for it happily and my husband enjoys the regular ice cream as well. He likes the variety of different add ins. Chocolate chip, butterfinger, marshmallows, Oreos all kinds of nuts, caramel,strawberry. Do I need to go on....lol

Went to cold stone today to grab something for myself and a coworker. Placed an online order so I could pick it up and go. And once again, they forgot the waffle cone bowls that I paid for, this is not the first time this has happened, but I'm sick of paying for something and not receiving it. I finally decided to leave a review. Once is a mistake, twice can be forgiven, and this third time it is simply my fault for continuing to spend my money at this establishment. I don't think I can recommend this place to anyone who decides to place an online order for pickup. This is really just unacceptable at this point. I enjoy their ice cream and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this has happened too many times now. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED. I have my receipt from the online order in the pictures that I have included and you can clearly see, no waffle bowl.

Daniela G and Store Lead (Mira) are excellent associates of Coldstone Creameries. They rocked a huge crowd during a rush hour with smiles on their faces and humility. They didn’t stress and got their work done not letting customers detect any of the pressure they may have felt. It wasn’t about who got the work done the fastest it was about ensuring the quality and accuracy of each customers order. They weren’t just throwing ice cream in a cone, they were building happiness for each customer. I appreciate them and will continue to visit this location because of them.
Why am I expected to tip? Maybe lower the prices first and then ask for tips at checkout. On top of that, the workers aren't even friendly and obviously don't want to be there

The chocolate ice cream has very little flavor and very skimpy mix-ins. I ordered fudge and I could hardly find any for an extra $3. Whipped cream is artificial. Again for $3. Very disappointed and very expensive. I could get half a gallon of comparable ice cream from the very worst ice cream brand for $3.
