“The cookies are amazing as always! Staff can try to be a little more friendlier they give the factory worker feel (hot miserable & not trying to be there). Doesn’t feel welcoming but thankfully I’m not there for them 🤪 there for the cookiesss but a lil customer service goes a long way & if that’s too much try smiling it’s contagious! 😊“

“I had a great experience at Crumbl Cookies! From the moment I walked in, the store was clean, welcoming, and smelled amazing. The staff were friendly and helped me choose from their weekly rotating flavors, which made the visit even more fun.
The cookies themselves were incredible—fresh, soft, and full of flavor. You can really tell they put a lot of effort into both the taste and presentation. I especially liked how each cookie is unique, and there’s always something new to try each week.“

“Ms. Ku’s was amazing! She was so sweet and you can tell there’s a lot of care put into her products. Tanghulu is made fresh, and the coconut milk pudding was unbelievable (served in a coconut). Even the takeout bag was so nice! We didn’t get any flowers, but they were gorgeous to look at while our desserts were prepared and we will be back for some flowers!“
“My sister loved her custom Miski birthday cake. The bakery made our vision come to life. Originally the cake was supposed to be Matcha Red bean chiffon cake but they were able to take our request for Matcha Strawberry. It ended up being an amazing cake and a cake worthy of everyone's praise for it's cuteness. We were all delighted by the fact that the mission itself was a cake (cake pop) which is great since we aren't a fan of fondants or extreme sugar bombs. The cake was a perfect balance of flavor and not overwhelmingly sweet! The baker definitely has an eye for controlling the level of sweetness!“

“The young gentleman who works there is the owner's son and he was so patient and nice to me and my daughter. He explained what certain items were, some of the history of the store, and was very personable overall. Plus the Fresada and Mangonada were sooooooo freaking good. We were able to share them because they were nice sizes also. Go check them out ASAP.“

“We ordered a custom CARS-themed birthday cake for our son’s 3rd birthday, and it was absolutely perfect!
The design was spot-on — Lightning McQueen front and center, vibrant red icing, and adorable racing details like checkered flags and a little road winding around the cake. The baker even included our son’s name and age in the classic Rust-eze font style, which made it feel extra personal and special.
Not only did it look amazing, but the cake itself was delicious — soft, moist layers with just the right amount of sweetness. We chose chocolate and every kid (and adult!) came back for seconds.
Most importantly, the look on our boy’s face when he saw it? Priceless. He shouted, “Lightning McQueen!!” and couldn’t stop smiling. It really made his birthday feel magical.

“My wife and I love coming here! But, you really need to have the cashiers start taking names for the orders at the walk-up. When there’s a crowd and the workers are yelling the order, especially when it doesn’t come out at once, causes a lot of confusion. If they yell out a name, someone will answer immediately.“
“Came in today and was greeted by this very nice gentleman, looked like he was busy with the machines in the corner but he was able to assist me with what i needed and i sure left satisfied. i think his name might of been chris tall white guy with hair covering his forehead. nice guy, see him all the time wonder if he’s a manager because all the other employees never really seem to care. nice guy.“

“I decided to try them while scrolling Uber Eats looking for lunch. Who says you can’t have a banana split and fruit salad for lunch? They were amazing! I also found out they have a shop close to my house. So last night’s snack was nachos, Mangonadas, and of course a banana split! FYI the banana split is a meal all on its own so plan to share if eating other things. I highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
