I’ve had so many problems with this place i remember I did a delivery and they burnt my bagel bites and gave me the wrong donut. Then yesterday I went there for a cookie dough milkshake and I ordered a small when I got it it looked like a large and I was confused I checked my account and they charged me for a large even tho I ordered a small and they didn’t even tell me.

I did a take out and a delivery. When I did the take out they gave me the wrong bagel bites I wanted everything bagel bites and they gave me regular. Then today I did a delivery they gave me the wrong donut I wanted glazed blueberry instead of glazed and my everything bagel bites are like burnt and not soft at all

This has to be by far the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been in. How long does one have to stand in line before getting service? I stood in line for 5 mins while the workers whom were kids were walking back and forth without asking if I needed help! Poor management! the place is extremely unsanitary from the dining area to the kitchen. I won't ever come back to this establishment Sat January 31st 2026

I love the location of the Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s just a shame the amount of time that you have to wait in the drive-through is just unacceptable and I’m not one. to complain ever but this location for two cars ahead of me. I waited 12 minutes for a hot chocolate. :(.

I usually never leave reviews but after the service I received from this young man, Omar Ali, I felt I had to. This young man was managing the store like he was the Ceo. Everything tastes so wonderful coming from his hand. Ive always been a dunkin coffee kinda gal and that's why I can say this guy, Omar Ali, just simply makes the coffee taste better. Maybe its his wonderful attitude, nice smile, or service. But I can definitely say, Omar Ali is what makes this location a five stars experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the slowest dunkin if someone orders ice cream your doomed up to 3 0 minutes waiting maybe more half the time don't know what you order crazy slow if u have time then your fine cause u will be waiting

DO NOT GO HERE. Staff gave me the wrong order then gives me attitude over simply trying to get what was mine, and the order wasnt even entierly corrected. This has happened before and they cant ever move a line up, just go to the one on cicero

The manager hajar is terrible to her staff and customers very rude. I have been coming here since the day they opened and never will i go back. I never in my life thought a manager can treat their staff so poorly or customers. Someone needs to give this woman a bit of a reality mananaging class! The reviews dont surprise me at all. Well every other dunkin will get my money 35.00 minimal a week. I never leave bad reviews but this is months of build up and chance after chance I gave her! This poor owner needs to change management asap and he would get majority business back

Only giving a one because I can’t give a zero… If there is any line in the drive-through when you actually go inside the store and order at the counter it’s like you don’t even exist and they will ignore you. Waited 4 minutes and not even an acknowledgment or we will be with you soon. And this happens frequently and I’ll never go back.
i bought donuts and a coffee thru kiosk. i got my coffee and had to ask for my donuts. So kiosk is fine and simple but you need to complete the order and give the customer the complete order. Management needs to get the workers coordinated. One worker was mopping the floor while a line was forming one was on the drive thru then running to the front register a bit unorganized
