I had a really disappointing experience here. The manager, Hajar, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she came across as mean and dismissive. On top of that, the employee Kevin messed up my order and wouldn’t give me the right drink. When I tried to explain, he gave me attitude instead of fixing the mistake. Overall, terrible customer service – I won’t be coming back.

I don’t know what I walked into, but it was NOT a Dunkin’. The floor was so sticky my shoe almost got permanent residency. I asked for a medium iced coffee, and what I got tasted like it had been filtered through a car engine. The donut I bought was harder than my GPA after finals, and when I tried to bite it, I think I chipped a molar.
The vibe inside? Picture a Walmart at 3 a.m. but with less hope. Employees moved like NPCs on low battery, and the person making my drink looked at me like I was the problem for ordering. By the time I left, I questioned my life choices, my bank account, and honestly the entire existence of coffee. The manager Hajar was very very very very very very very rude.
If hell has a drive-thru, this location runs it

This DD location is by far the worst I have ever experienced for a drive thru. Stopped by for ice cream at 8pm on a Saturday night. There was no line at the drive thru. When I drove up to order the guy said it will be a few minutes until he can take my order. I waited for about 5-7mins so i asked him how much longer it will be he said hes not sure because a group of kids just walked in to order ice cream. So I left. As i was driving past the window I looked in and literally only saw a dad and his a kid. Not sure why he said that or why it should take that long scooping some ice cream. I will definitely avoid this location lazy worker and long wait for no apparent reason. Highly recommend the DD on 95th and cicero by culvers alot better service.
