If I could give zero stars I would I’ve been going to this dunkin for a year now and I have given them chance after chance they mess up my coffee every so often and I just let it be I’m not a very confrontational person and I’ve worked at dunkin before so I know how it can be but for the last week they messed up my coffee 3 times so today when they messed it up I went through the drive through to get it fixed and the manager was absolutely disgusting and rude was accusing me of wanting a free espresso shot when the drink was so light it literally tasted like milk and sugar and it was supposed to be a latte I even offered to pay for the espresso I just wanted my drink properly made and I get almond milk so my drink is always dark that’s how I know when it’s made correctly the manager has terrible customer service this was my first complaint I made about it I would understand if I always tried to get something free or always ask for them to fix my drink but this was the FIRST time would not recommend this dunkin to anyone they can’t get things right and they don’t take accountability or fix an issue without trying to be combative and embarrass you in front of the other customers and employees

This used to be our favorite location due to a specific employee named Robin. She would put extra ice cream in my Cappuccino Blasts, and in turn basically making it thicker which is how it should be to begin with. So we started tipping her a little cash under the table. One day came about where I ordered 2, one for me and one for my daughter, I was inside the business this time around and she came to give me the drinks and she questioned if I had ordered 2 or 3. To be completely honest, I would never order 3 because it is only just me and my daughter, but she said oh well, she admitted her mistake and said it wasn't any big deal and that I could take the 3rd one, as I did pay for the other 2. I went back the next day, because I visit Dunkin every single day, this time I was in the drive thru and the lady proceeded to say that I stole the drink. The male manager came on the speaker and said that we don't give out free drinks. I'm assuming that this employee, Robin, did not want to get into trouble and just told them that I stole it to save her own a$$. They treated me very poorly, and accused me of something that I did not do. They said they would look over the cameras, and that's all fine and dandy but do these cameras pick up sound as well? It would be no use in running the camera back because it will show that I left with 3 drinks. But I did not steal any of them. Just the tone and the way they were speaking to me really set me off, and I wouldn't want anybody else to have to go through the same experience. So we will never be back to this location. Thanks for lying Robin! I hope you enjoyed your cash tips from us while it lasted. Super rude management!

I have tried so many times with this place. The only time I actually get something worth eating or drinking is early in the morning when it seems like just the manager is working. Any other time of day… The order is usually wrong or burnt or looks like this… I ordered a small pumpkin coffee and a long John and received a medium caramel coffee and what looks like a Long John that took a trip through the microwave.

Medium iced coffee caramel and cream always awful here. I get it at other Dunkin’s and it’s fine. Here? Really strong, little to no ice. Kinda tastes spoiled. Do better for 4$ a cup.Line moves fast though.
You know I use to like DD, now I see why they are not someplace I frequent. Cashier was prompt friendly and gave a nice suggestion with the Sweet black bacon egg cheese croissant. Got my sandwich, decided on a few munchkins drove off and left. Begin to open sandwich and it’s burnt, do a u turn and ask them to please try again and not burn sandwich. The girl thats working the drive thru took sandwich and waited for a new one! I left again checking sandwich for burnt to find ingredients were minuscule and not bacon. Went back again to drive up and show same girl, and she said “it’s bacon in there” and I opened sandwich to show her and she just closed the window on me! I guess I won’t be going back!

Line was long but they was getting them cars thru very fast. My drink usually takes a while to make I was graced with a medium instead of a small when I got to the window. Made me super happy after the experience i had with the 111th location. Very nice girl in the window. Keep up the good job ?

this dunkin DONUTS use to be 24hrs since it 1st opened but not anymore since they began running it into the ground! it even says 24hrs on the door;( they jacked up the prices and cut the sizes in 1/2, now a normal donut is more closer to a munchkin for twice the price and yet they don't even make the donuts here anymore! what a shame ? im hoping some new donut and coffee place comes around and puts them out of business so we don't have to get robbed by dunkin by there outrageously priced donuts, never thought I'd see the day where you need to be wealthy just to buy a dozen donuts! please close down, thank you
