This location ROCKS !!! ILL BE BACK. The food was ready for me by the time I was done paying for it. The other stores tell its going to be 10 to 15 min for my #17. I asked the 2 people working front counter. Who was the manager. They both were. Great lady and man very pleasant professional

This place is a damn joke. 2 weeks ago, food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Tonight, I placed an order on uber eats at 6pm, and at 7pm the door dasher told me that they didn’t even start preparing my order yet. Terrible employees.

They put all of the gray in one bag even though it was 2 different orders so the other person got the mash potatoes and biscuits that I should have gotten in my order. Not very pleased with them right now. Noo!!

I’m gonna post the guys picture at the end. I’m not sure who hired someone with this kind of behavior and then they put them up front for every customer and every driver to go through them. This guy shouldn’t even work in the back very inadequate, very rude telling people what to do regardless of how busy it is your job is to be nice to people and to have great customer service. Anyone can bag chicken if you can’t do it in a nice matter and if you don’t have the vocabulary to be able to communicate with people if you like the ability to listen this is not the industry for you if pressure is too much for you. It’s not the industry for I had the worst experience there in that restaurant will never see me or my friends as customers ever again the guy was very rude yelling screaming, and I definitely live there with no appetite for any food

Still the same!! Unfortunately. Pieces of chicken really small. Just like years ago when I stopped here a few times. They'll never learn. Skip this one and go to 55th and Keeler or 105th and Western. You'll get your money's worth at those locations ONLY!!
