Walked in with a party of 15. They handled me and my family with so much professionalism, now let’s talk about be food. The wings were fried like Jesus’s himself cooked them and all of the side were yummy. I will definitely be back

The food is usually pretty good. I’ve eaten here twice before and my family likes that they have a Turkey option. HOWEVER, the service was so INCREDIBLY rude when I called I don’t even want to eat from here anymore. When I called in to order, the employee raised their voice at me, cut me off while I was speaking, and had an attitude the entire time. I understand that everyone has bad days, but there is no reason to ever treat someone so disrespectfully while they are just trying to order food. The food isn’t worth being spoken to like that.

There was a glitch with my online order today, when I arrived to pick it up, it was cancelled because of a glitch in the transmission of the order. The staff figured it out with efficiency and every person that I encountered beginning with the cashier and ending with the manager Camille displayed true professionalism. I had to wait for my food to be prepared but I don't think I have ever had such a great experience with a botched order. I could go on but let me share the best part...my food was STELLAR. Better than finger licking good, it made my day perfect . Passioneats staff you get a 10+ in customer service, customer satisfaction, food taste and quality and a lot more...

This place is so clean and beautiful and customer service is outstanding. However, I have been here twice and each time the food is mid and salty. It could possibly be that I have reduced my salt intake.

Ok, I really wanted some soul food, but didn't want to cook it myself. After doing an online search, I found Passion Eats. I was curious and surprised because I live near the area and hadn't heard about them. Anyway, I went and was impressed. The restaurant is very clean and the staff extremely nice and polite. I decided to go with the fried chicken - dark, with mac & cheese and dressing. OMG! I was amazed! The amount of food given is enough to share or have for leftovers the next day. Now, the food, the food was perfect! The seasoning was on point, the chicken was fried beautifully, the mac and cheese was homemade, and the dressing just made me so happy. I asked a member of the staff how long they had been there and was told 4 years. I was shocked because I had no idea. I will say that after today's visit, I guarantee I'll be back, and I'm definitely letting everyone know about them.

Beat the Sunday rush... thank goodness. Food..like ur grandma and auntie's in the back cooking from scratch..portions..huge..I'm still eating on mine and it's Tuesday but it's bout to be gone..would definitely recommend..owner was there and she was very nice. Love my peoples..let's support each other and keep this place the gem that it is!!!!
